How does SPI work?
SPI will help and advise you through legal contracts to act as your agent to make the correct and safe property investment. It depends on which type of investment and income you prefer, we will guide you and help all the way for an agreed fee.
What are the property investment types?
There are three types of property investment you can have with SPI:
1- Property management: we help you find, buy and register the property and also rent the property for you and take care of all legal aspects with yearly agreed percentage.
2- Property Purchase: we can help you buy your property and be with you from finding the right property until the property is registered under your name.
3- Property Investment: we help you find, purchase and register the right below market value (BMV), auction or quick sale property where you can resell through us and make a profit.
How does the investor guarantee his investment?
SPI does not receive any investment capital from any clients. The client’s capital are kept in their bank account. We act as advisors and facilitators through a legal contract and receive agreed fees on profits. The client who require to purchase property for example will be asked to transfer the money to the solicitor and the exchange of contracts, etc.
What is the average yearly return on investment?
In general, the Return On Investment (ROI) will range anywhere between 10%-20%. Depending on many factors such as investment capital, how quickly the client will respond to offers of purchasing, appointing solicitors, transfer the money, etc.
What is the minimum investment?
The minimum property we recommend to start investing in is around 60,000 GBP
